Please note the following:

1. AustralianBurls.com website is secure. Please see Business Policies if you're not already familiar with them.
2. Subtotal for online checkout does NOT include shipping cost (if applicable). You will receive a separate e-invoice for shipping cost (if applicable).
FREE Shipping in CONUS (at my expense) applies for orders over $350 subtotal.
3. Subtotal does NOT include applicable discount or shipping cost for AK/HI/International orders over $350. The 10% discount in lieu of free shipping applies for a subtotal greater than $350 (including applied discount).
4. Shipping cost to AK/HI/International destinations will be billed separately by e-invoice. Orders eligible for 10% discount on subtotal will have the discount reflected in the e-invoice for shipping cost.
5. Sales/shipments to Virginia residents are subject to 6% Virginia Sales Tax to be billed separately by e-invoice.
6. Cart 2 checkout is for your convenience. I can/will still take orders via email, phone, text and send e-invoices via Invoice2go app.

Refunds . . . PLEASE review your Cart for accuracy prior to making payment. Payment processors like PayPal, Square and Stripe no longer refund processing fees regardless the reason, instead, charging the seller when a refund is initiated. I DO NOT like doing so, but if a customer makes an error by double ordering, decides to cancel an item or order after making payment, or makes some other unforeseen error, the applicable fees will be deducted from the customer refund. On occasion, e.g., when I post Coming Soon items, multiple customers may purchase the same item. In such case, I will either make a full refund to the applicable party or offer a credit. My preference - and I believe the best option for bother buyer and seller - is to use the credit option. That way, rather than someone losing a processing fee, I can reflect the payment for the unavailable item(s) on an e-invoice reflecting the adjusted order and amount due. Of course, if the error is mine, and the customer not wish to have a credit on file or adjust their order, I will absorb the payment processor fee.
8. If/when I am able to incorporate applicable discounts and accurate shipping estimates into the checkout process, I will gladly do so.
